Volkswagen India, subsidiary of the German auto major Volkswagen is all set to launch the popular entry level hatchback Volkswagen Up in the Indian auto market by the start of next year. As per reliable sources, the company will launch this small car at upcoming Auto Expo 2012 in New Delhi. The company will offer the 2011 Volkswagen Up to the Indian customers which will be displayed at largest auto show in Frankfurt this month.
The company has not announced India bound Volkswagen Up price but it will fall in competitive range which is expected an answer to Tata Nano, Chevrolet Spark, Maruti Alto and upcoming Hyundai Eon. The all new Volkswagen Up price will fall under price tag of India available popular premium hatchback Volkswagen Polo. The company will also launch its another small car Volkswagen Golf in the Indian auto market by next year.
