Audi RS5 launched in Andhra Pradesh

Audi India, 100 per cent subsidiary of German luxury car maker Audi has recently launched its most popular luxury car Audi RS5 sports coupe in Andhra Pradesh. The launch occasion was organised in Hyderabad and the car carries a price tag of Rs. 77.35 lakh (Ex-showroom, Hyderabad) in the market. The company has already sold 5 units of the car in Hyderabad and now aims to sell 300 units of Audi cars across the Andhra Pradeshin this year calendar.

Audi is India's second largest luxury car maker after BMW and due to alluring new cars in India the company has taken over Mercedes Benz which now is enjoying number third position in the segment. On the launching occasion Rajiv M Sanghvi, Managing Director, Audi Hyderabad, told that 550 Audi cars have been sold in the state since launched its dealership outlet before three years. And new models have been rewarded on global stage which ensure to push the sale mark of the company in the state.


Currently, Audi enjoys about 28 percent market share in luxury cars segment in the state and now it aims to become numero uno with launch of new car models. The company to brings its popular luxury sedan Audi A4 and SUV Audi Q7 in the state very soon which ensure to strong its position in that market. Audi RS5 is major competitor of Mercedes Benz CLS Class, BMW M3 and Jaguar XF.

Audi includes Audi A4, Audi A6, Audi A8, Audi Q5, Audi Q7, Audi R8, Audi RS5 and Audi TT in the Indian stable. The company is ready launch its much awaited new cars in India like Audi A5, Audi A1 and Audi Q3. Audi India registered 75 per cent rise in June sales and hopes to do better in current month. In Indian auto market not only luxury car maker doing well and launching new car models but also cheap cars in India also reporting good growth.

India's entry level car maker companies have launched new cars like Hyundai has launched its global sedan Hyundai Verna, Ford recently launched Ford Fiesta and Toyota has integrated in the small car segment with launch of its first hatchback Toyota Etios Liva.
