After Honda City, Honda Siel Cars India Ltd. has recently downed the prices for its popular hatchback Honda Jazz. The prices for the car have been downed up to 1.75 lakh rupees. The company hopes that now Honda Jazz will achieve good speed in the Indian auto market and customer will attract to it because the company has already witnessed a good growth in the sales mark of Honda City after decreasing prices.
As per company announcement, Honda Jazz price have been down up to Rs. 1.75 lakh in the Indian domestic market which will is effected for all versions of the car. This hatchback is available in three versions. The base variant of the car which was available with price tag of Rs. 7,37,104 (Ex-showroom Pune) now has price tag of Rs. 5,80,00, select variant of the car is now has new price toll of Rs. 5,91,000 against Rs. 7,48,278 (Ex-showroom Pune) while the top-end X version of the car now coming with a price tag of Rs. Rs. 6,25,000 as compared to previous price tag of Rs. 7,81,021 (Ex-showroom Pune). In New Delhi all the Honda Jazz will be available under price tag of Rs. 6 lakh rupees.
Honda hopes that after decreasing prices for Honda Jazz, customers to attract with it and sales of the car will achieve good mark same as Honda City. Currently, Honda City and Honda Jazz are available only petrol versions and after hiking prices for fuel, customers are attracting to diesel cars. And these both do not have diesel version, so due this lack the company reported a downfall in sales. After decreasing Honda City prices the sales mark of the car increase with good speed the taken over its competitor Volkswagen Vento within one month. As per company's expectations that Honda Jazz also would see an increase in the sales.
