Toyota Motors, World's largest car maker has recently launched its much awaited entry level luxury SUV 2012 Toyota Fortuner. First of all the car has been launched in Thailand market and now step of the would be in India. For a long time rumors are in air that Toyota to launch the facelifted version this most popular luxury car now it has officially launched the best in Thailand which is ready make its presence in India. After launching Small car Toyota Etios Liva, 2012 Toyota Fortuner will be biggest by the company in Indian domestic market.

The 2012 Toyota Fortuner has big changed in body, engine and features along with safety features. All these cosmetic changes of the car making it allure in the segment and proving it a decent car in the segment. 2012 Toyota Fortuner price would be some more than current version. The car has direct competition with Hyundai Santa Fe, Ford Endeavour, Chevrolet Captiva, Tata Aria and Skoda Yeti which are another popular entry level luxury SUVs in Indian auto market.

2012 Toyota Fortuner is coming packed with a 3.0-liter D4-D common rail diesel engine that produces a top power of 171 PS @ 3600 rpm and peak power of 343 Nm @ 1400-3400 rpm. This new avatar of the Toyota car is fuel efficient and well performer than current running model.
