Maruti Suzuki India Limited, the country's largest passenger car maker has disclosed the sales figures for the month of July, 2012 and its best selling petrol cars like M800, Alto, A-Star and Wagon R reported a cumulative downfall of 24 per cent at the sales of 28988 units. Right now, the demand for diesel cars in India is increasing and these small cars lack the diesel version.
Maruti Wagon R price is competitive and variant choice is too good but beyond this the sale is declining continuously and now the company is considering about the launch of the diesel model.
