Among the upcoming popular sedan cars in India, Ford Focus has remarked it name and is now ready to foray very soon. Ford India has already made announcement about the launch of around seven new Ford car models in India and in this addition, the company is mulling to offer multiple choice in C+ sedan car segment. Already the company has global sedan car model Ford Fiesta in its stable but, in addition to dominate the segment, the US auto major has finally decided to launch its another global sedan car model, Ford Focus in the Indian domestic market by near future.
The company will launch the new version of this Ford Focus in the country. But first of all India bound, all the new Ford Focus will be displayed at the New Delhi Auto Expo 2012 in January. After that it will officially be launched in the mid of next year. It is expected that the company will announce Ford Focus price on the launching occasion so, its lovers have to wait for some time. But the new beast is expected to be available in the price range of Rs. 9 lakh to Rs. 12 lakh at ex-showroom.
India bound new Ford sedan car model is fully inspired with the global Ford Fiesta. It is already available in many of overseas markets along with the US. And the expected Ford Focus features would not have any deduction in India. Beside this, Ford Focus specifications are also expected same as those market available variant. The US auto major has not announced yet the number of Ford Foucs variants but it is sure that company will offer the new beast in both petrol and diesel engine models.
To increase the new Ford Focus mileage for the Indian version the company will use innovative fuel economical technology under the hood. The petrol model of the sedan would come loaded with a 1.6 Liter EcoBoost petrol engine which better than turbo charging and direct injection making maximum power of 150 Bhp and 240 Nm of torque. Meanwhile, diesel model will be packed with a 2 Liter Duratorq powerplant churning out around 140 Bhp of peak power and 270 Nm of peak torque. Along with MT and AT version will also be offered in the new Ford sedan.

ReplyDeleteWow man great car. I am huge fan of ford cars and i have been told that there are some Ford Repairing Manuals are available in the market as well. So, i think you should also mention it in your articles.
